Artist’s project based on the United States Air Force programs to investigate unidentified flying objects. This book reproduces excerpts from various government documents especially “Project Blue Book Special Report No. 14 (ANalysis of Reports of Unidentified Aerial Objects), with appended illustrations. The artist provides no apparent intervention, beyond the rather spectacular silver wrapper.
