Cascades is a new artist book by Aaron Flint Jamison in the series STUDIOLO / Edition Patrick Frey. Flint Jamison works with various, broad forms of artistic production; he is a visual artist, the editor of the serial publication Veneer Magazine, and the co-founder of the art center Yale Union in Portland, Oregon. Jamison focuses on the textures of materials, the distribution of information, tools of production, and their occasional interface. For his edition with gta exhibitions, a special attention is given to materiality, physicality and how author and machine exchange. This results in a handmade newly commissioned publication produced at his own printing facilities.
