Created as a companion piece to Jordan Knecht’s sound and print installation animum explorari, ignoring the path contains selected print excerpts and phrases written in the margins of one of the piece’s main drawings. Written over the span of the four years it took to complete his drawing, Knecht’s writings serve as poetic and suggestive access points into the visual and sonic environment installed at Leon Gallery in Denver, CO from June 28 – July 25, 2014.

Includes a special bookmark that details recommended reading conditions and a link to listen to music composed specifically for the installation documented in this book.
