Description

David Hartt’s Belvedere consist of photographs taken at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy in Midland, Michigan. The Mackinac Center is a right-wing think tank that, by means of advancing radical viewpoints (a method called the “Overton window”), attempts to shift public policy and opinion further to the right.
