“For this work I referred to a photograph, found on the internet of the reconstructed Brancusi studio at the Centre Pompidou, Paris. I assembled an installation, drawing upon the objects close at hand from around my studio. The sequential photographs of the installation, once accordioned, become an “endless column.” The constant in this series of work is the sequential, the back and forth, the ricochet of ideas. References to the practice of artists are discovered en route. The work intentionally confounds the perception of scale for the viewer through an ambiguous or skewed context.” – the artist
