Both attributes are well recorded in this book that is chalk-filled with somewhat private emails, tons of pictures and essays. A great quote by Xandra Eden kind of sums this collective up, “the joyous embrace of failure that IC encourages has at times been heartbreaking to endure, at others a hopeful demonstration that failure need not be embarrassing, but a revelation of sorts.”
