In 2001, while residing at the Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart, Moldovan artist (and now Ph.D Candidate at Duke University) Octavian Esanu read loads of interviews and essays by artists and art critics. He then edited together a new text out of questions which he pulled from his reading. Each question is duly footnoted. Originally published in 2002 in Germany by Edition Solitude, it has been re-typeset and printed by J&L.
