Seminal conceptual artist Stephan Willats began Control magazine in 1965 as a “forum for artists to articulate their vision of the future of art in
society”. The periodical publishes sporadically, but continues to this day, with Willats as editor. ‘Control Issue Fifteen’ brings together artists from different geographical and ideological backgrounds. They all, however, are engaged in the interactive communication system. In addition, they are all involved with
the idea of a future art and its social impact.” With works by Willats, Les Levine, Jeremy Deller, Matthew Higgs, Liam Gillick and others.
