This special edition glazed ceramic ashtray is reminiscent of Damian Moppett’s Stabiles A, B, C and C Raw, four steel sculptures first shown as part of The Visible Work, the artist’s solo exhibition held at the Contemporary Art Gallery from March 18 to April 23, 2005. The exhibition The Visible Work was also accompanied by a publication.
