Description

A work produced in collaboration with sound artist Andrew Zealley, Stathacos creates a vision of India 2063, her predicted location for the future center of the art world. Electronic-based ambient music score with repetitive rhythmic figure and Stathacos’ voice-over text (manipulated) is juxtaposed with colour-enhanced images of roses, the artist’s small childlike hands, letterbox image of the artist’s eyes, upside down.
