Found tape from Toronto repair shop of what sounds like Newfoundland Police beating and shooting a man in the leg. Victim seems to be tied up in a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner that rattles with as much intensity as the anonymous’ pleading and screaming. Original 1/4” reel marked “Ouch My Leg”. The guys in the shop thought I would get a kick out of it. Years later, the same guys told me that the machine that contained this tape was brought into the shop for repair by Toronto Police, and was never picked up. Beniffer Editions Nouvelle Vague.
